Another part of lockdown was the lack of noise and lights at night- I spent more time looking at the stars and thought about how they have guided ships for centuries- and also lighthouses- over 200 in Scotland alone.
inspired by Bonnard’s paintings of his home and wife- he celebrated the warmth and colours of interiors. Many of us have spent the past 18 months inside so it felt right to try and look for the beauty.
